Blue Apron - Shady Company

Any company that makes it so difficult to cancel must know that have a *** product. Blue Apron is shady and not worth the money. The food is overpriced and of poor quality. The recipes are bland and often very time consuming. I’ve tried all of the meal delivery services and Blue Apron was definitely my least favorite both in terms of food and customer service. Also, they are HORRIBLE for the environment. Just bad all around.

Blue Apron - Horrible Customer service and they steal your money

If u get a gift certificate they make u sign up for regular delivery EVEN IF U DON'T WANT IT. They then expect u to cancel before the next delivery comes (after u receive gifted one ) They make it hard to cancel. And they are unhelpful with the entire process. I urge people not to use this company

Blue Apron in Richmond, California - Not happy

1st delivery went well. 2nd delivery was two days late. 3rd delivery never arrived. Contacted customer service and received $0.92 for the inconvenience. What a joke. Meat quality is also poor. Recipes seem experimental and it’s not my liking. I can find much better and tasty recipes online that are easy to prepare. We have tried 5 total recipes.
